At Aspen Medical Aesthetics, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client and manage our schedule efficiently.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your booking deposit.
No-shows or failure to attend without notice will result in the full deposit being retained and may require pre-payment in full for future bookings.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and treat it as a missed booking.
We understand that life happens — if you’re unwell or have an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We aim to be fair and compassionate while protecting the time and resources of our clinic and clients.
