At Aspen Medical Aesthetics, we are committed to delivering safe, high-quality, medically led treatments in a professional and respectful environment.
To ensure fairness to all clients and allow us to run our clinic efficiently, the following policies are in place.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we will always try to accommodate where possible. However, last-minute cancellations impact clinic availability for other clients.

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or amend an appointment

Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit

Appointments may be rescheduled once if adequate notice is given

Late changes (within 24 hours) may incur an additional fee

Failure to attend (no-show) will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged
This allows us to offer appointments fairly and minimise wasted clinic time
Deposit Policy

A non-refundable £25 deposit is required to secure all bookings

This deposit will be deducted from the total treatment cost

Deposits may be transferred if rescheduling is done with sufficient notice (minimum 24 hours)

Remaining balances are due on the day of treatment

We accept card, bank transfer and approved payment plans

Finance options (such as Klarna or Clearpay where available) are handled securely via our payment provider

No refunds are given once a treatment has been carried out
